Yeah it was in a bar and he was very drunk and being a bit obnoxious. He came up to me the week after when we happened to be in the same place again and he apologised for being a jerk. I think he was trying to show off a bit in front of his mates. Haven't seen him in years though, other than bumping into him at the train station once.
I'm from Wolves :) Haven't lived there for 4 years, but I pop back up every now and then.
