That would be the motorbike I bought back in 2004. Went to take my CBT test (the basic one that teaches you how to ride it, etc.) and after doing pretty well, hit a corner too fast after it had been raining, and then hit the brakes (which you're not supposed to do). I went flying one way, the motorbike the other, and I refused to get back on it ever again 'cause it scared me that much.

We sold the bike a year later for half of what it cost... and it still hadn't actually been paid for. Complete waste of time and money.

I've sat for a while trying to figure this out and I can't lol, but I suppose it would have to be Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. The only thing is, I don't really watch that anymore, so I dunno.

There are several films I've seen a ridiculous amount of times, which includes most of the Harry Potter series as well as the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Titanic, Stardust... and I guess the Narnia movies are creeping their way up there. I'm a movie addict, there's a lot really lol.

I'm not even going to mention how times I have now watched Dorian Gray... *ahem*

I saw this and my initial first reaction was my vibrator lol.

On a more serious note though, it would have to be my PC... although this question is ridiculous and a woman seriously married the Eiffel Tower?! As for a reason, I don't need to give a reason for either of these objects, I think it's fairly obvious why! =P

I've been thinking about Valentines a lot this past week and I've come to the conclusion that it's a ridiculous holiday. Why do couples need a day to show each other that they're in love? Shouldn't they do that every single day? There should not be days like this that single people out either, make people feel unloved, it's completely unfair.

As for celebrating my single status? I'm happy that way, I don't need to celebrate anything.

x_moonshine_x: ([Movie] Atonement Cecilia flowers)
[Error: unknown template qotd]

OK, I have two, one's really fluffy and sweet, while the other is... well, it's a sex scene, but it's still epic. For some reason they both involve Keira Knightley. Apparently I have a thing for her without really knowing I have a thing for her.

1. The Mark and Juliet scene from Love Actually when he comes to the door with his signs and... oh, it's so, so lovely ♥. No matter how many times I watch that movie it makes me cry each and every time. But then unrequited love always makes me sad.

Apparently embedding has been disabled on every single version on YouTube, but in case you have no idea what I'm talking about you can find it here.

2. The other is the library scene from Atonement between Robbie and Cecilia, which is quite possibly one of the best love scenes in a movie in my person opinion. I can't tell you why, but I simply adore it. I think it's their complete and utter desperation after finally admitting their love for each other, strikes a chord...

And I can't link you to that either because YouTube hates me, but go here if there's some weird possibility you haven't seen it.

OK, I have three options for this and I can't decide, so I'll give you all three lol.

To J.K. Rowling, "So, how exactly do I go about being as rich as you?"

To Eve Myles, "Still interested in snogging more girls?"*

To Ben Barnes, "Ever had sex with a lesbian? Would you like to?"

Whaaaaaat? I told you I was a perve... =P

[Error: unknown template qotd]

Well, this one might take a while to answer and that sounds like I'm boasting, but I'm really not... lol.

My list is as follows:
Colin Firth
Jessica Biel
John Barrowman (x2)
James and Oliver Phelps
Cheryl Cole (x2)
Kimberly Walsh
Sarah Harding
Fearne Cotton
Sam and Mark (too many times to count)
Matt Willis
James Bourne (x2)
Harry Judd
Dougie Poynter
Nicholas Hoult
Mitch Hewer
Joe Dempsie
Mike Bailey
Kaya Scodelario
Daniel Kaluuya
Anthony Quinnlan
Ashley Taylor Dawson
Shane Lynch
Jamie Davis (x2)
Lee Ryan
Alistair Griffin (x2)
Kenzie from Blazin' Squad and Friday Hill (x2)
Son of Dork
V (too many times to count... again)
Freefaller (same as above lol)

I've also been within touching distance of Elizabeth II (that's the Queen btw lmao), Daniel Radcliffe and Dannii Minogue, but I don't really count them lol.

No, you can't tell I was a craven at all, can you...? *blushes*

My stories could take all day, so I won't share those, although there are a few memorable ones I have to say: my friend running along the street with a suitcase screaming, "IT'S HARLEY FROM FUCKING FOOTBALLERS WIVES!" being one of them. I think poor Jamie had a heart attack actually and then we ran into him on Oxford Street on another occasion and two of the girls chased him into a random side-street to get another pic with him.

As for randomly bumping into celebs I almost walked straight into Aggie of Kim and Aggie in Kings Cross underground station one day, got caught by Trinny and Susannah's cameras in Carnaby Street while they were filming, wandered past Reggie Yates filming outside one of the theatre's, sat opposite Karl from Neighbours reading a book and got squished up against Kim from Pop Idol 2 on the underground on two separate occasions and then got accused of stalking Sam and Mark when we ran into them in Hamleys (sure, we saw them several times a month, but that day was a coincidence). My mate also reckons we walked past Brian Austin Green outside a hotel in New York, but I didn't see him, so that doesn't count.

A few of my better pics are under the cut that follows this sentence... ;) lol.

Say Cheese! )

Of course, I'll be able to add to this list next week, you could have put this up next Monday LJ! =P

*Ahem* Had to, didn't I? lol.

1. Hotel Babylon by Imogen Edwards-Jones and Anonymous.
This is the only book I own that is actually falling apart. I could read it over and over again no problem. Always good for a laugh and taking your mind off every day worries.

2. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling.
I'm not explaining this one. It's love, simple as. Page 502 (UK version) anyone?

3. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling.
This one is actually my favourite of the Harry Potter series and even now, four years on, I still get pissy over the fact that the movie version is shit. Seriously WB! *shakes fist*

4. Anything Goes - The Autobiography by John Barrowman and Carole Barrowman.
Ah, John, he's amazing. How could I go anywhere without taking him with me? He's led the most amazing life and every word of his autobiography is a stroke of pure genius.

5. An Offer You Can't Refuse by Jill Mansell.
I can't go to a desert island without some chick lit, can I? Jill is one of my favourite authors. I don't know, it may be ridiculous to name a chick lit author there, but her writing has inspired me for years and I've learnt a lot of tricks from her that have helped to improve my own writing dramatically.

No, I know, no real classics. But I've never been one for the classics to be honest. I love reading, but I'm more of a read once and move onto the next kind of girl. There are very few books that I've read more than once.

Right, I've given this some serious thought (yes really), I've read in-between all the lines and come up with the following list.

1. Harry Potter years 1 to 5 boxset.
2. Torchwood series 1 and 2 boxset.
3. Stardust.
4. Idle Hands.
5. Love Actually.

Admittedly, this was difficult, I have almost 200 DVDs after all, but I think I can settle with these lol.

x_moonshine_x: (rupert//thoughtful)
[Error: unknown template qotd]

This is a question clearly aimed at straight people or folks who pretty much decided they were gay from a very young age. What about those of us who are in-between, stuck somewhere in the middle, like me?

I'm quite happy to say I fancy the ass off of Rupert Grint and Ben Barnes (as all of my flist will know), but I still wouldn't go straight for them, that's a road I really don't want to go down with any man lol.

Yeah, I can't answer this properly...

The funniest thing I have ever heard by far was something someone said on the train one morning on my way to work. You can't beat public transport for a good laugh.

Random guy: "You're only pregnant for Gods sake! You can sell the baby on the net for about four grand, you know, buy yourself a new scooter."

x_moonshine_x: (narnia//lucy broken hearted)
[Error: unknown template qotd]

Well, I haven't done one of these in a while and saw this and felt compelled, so here we are.

I think I would have to say that I'm a cross between both Rabbit and Roo; I can be extremely OCD about some things and a little mardy/stressed to boot, yet at the same time I'm excitable and I honestly don't think I'll ever grow up, not really.

Slightly off-topic however, my favourite Winnie the Pooh character is actually Eeyore, and I have a ridiculous collection of Eeyore memorbilia to prove the point. I absolutely ♥ him!

I meant to reply to this yesterday, but I forgot in the end when I got home from work. Anyway, shows I would have to miss the most would be Roswell and Angel, both of which I was devestated when they got cancelled =(.

OK, I don't mean to be rude, but the world is not America, Twilight doesn't come out here until 19th December.

But back to the question in hand, I believe if I'd not wasted my time by reading New Moon and Eclipse I probably would have been excited about this (especially as it's Rob) because Twilight is a good book. Unfortunately though, seeing as the rest of the series is a load of garbage, I find it hard to like anything about any of those books anymore, so I don't care.

And I'm done lol.

The Gods honest truth? Fear of rejection is keeping me from my dream job.

Why do you think I keep writing fanfic? I'm a fucking wuss, that's why!
